LANGOSTERIA

Born in 1980, Denis Pedron comes from a little town in Treviso where, while living with his grandparents, he develops his passion for cuisine. In year 2012 he finally starts to work at Langosteria Bistrot and, after that, in Langosteria in Via Savona, where he presently works as the Executive Chef.

Born in 1963 in Sannicardo, Bari, Domenico Soranno comes from a family tradition, as his mother is also a Chef. Starting at 12 as self-taught, he enters the world of professional cuisine and arrives in Milano in 2009, as the Executive Chef of Langosteria.

Cuisine philosophy: what are your creations to you?

Food is alchemy and we must seize the moment by properly pairing the ingredients from all over the world. We choose an innovative approach to traditional raw ingredients.

In which sense food is “feasting together”?
Food is togetherness and sharing, paired with a good sparkling wine.

What does “tasting life” mean to you?
We believe that it means living passionately about who we are and what we do.

Tell us about your special dish for Taste of Milano, between tradition and innovation:
Our fourth dish takes inspiration from Puglia cuisine, which is one of Italy’s richest in flavours; we decided to reinvent it with freshness and outrightness, following the cuisine philosophy of Langosteria and making it our signature dish from more than 10 years now.
