The treatments related to the web services of this site take place at the aforesaid headquarters of BEIT EVENTS srl and are handled only by technical staff of the Office responsible for the treatment, or by any occasional service of maintenance. Data processing takes place on the basis of their retention in computer archives at the company, whose access to data is limited to maintenance procedures in accordance with the attached document B.
No data coming from the web service is communicated or diffused.
Personal information provided by users submitting requests for information (newsletters, information requests, etc.) is used only for the purpose of performing the requested service and is communicated to third parties only if it is necessary (shipping services).

For completeness it should be noted that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases the answer is compulsory under penalty of administrative sanction.
Personal data is handled with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, misuse or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
Subjects to whom personal data are referenced have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data, to know its content and source, to verify its accuracy or to ask for its integration, updating or rectification ( Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
They can also request deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, and to in any case oppose their treatment, for legitimate reasons.
